What size pictures and or documents do you scan?

We can typically scan standard photo and document sizes, including:

  • 3”x3”, 3”x5”, 4”x6”, 5”x7”, 8”x10”

  • Polaroids

  • Panoramic photos

While we do our best to accommodate most formats, we can’t guarantee scanning for every size or condition. Photos or documents that are damaged, torn, or have substances on them may not be accepted. Please double-check your items before sending them in.

⚠️ We’re unable to offer refunds if we can’t process certain items, and we may decline service at our discretion.

Do you offer a better quality than 600dpi for large format?

We offer 1200DPI image scanning for a $50.00 upcharge per order. Contact sales@pikipics.com if you have a interest in this.

How should I package/prepare my photos or documents.

📦 Preparing & Packaging Your Items

To keep your memories safe and scanning efficient:

  • Sort similar-sized photos into resealable plastic bags to help us scan them quickly and cleanly.

  • Use envelopes or boxes to protect documents.

  • Please secure everything tightly before shipping.

Unsorted photos may result in:

  • A pre-sorting fee of up to $30, or

  • Return of your materials without processing

🛑 We can’t offer refunds for items lost, damaged, or undelivered during shipping. For peace of mind, we recommend using UPS Store services and supplies.

How long does it take to get my photos back?:

Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your items for processing. Once everything is scanned, you’ll get an email with a secure download link.

📦 Getting Your Items Back

Once your order is complete, we’ll return your originals via:

  • UPS Ground (with tracking via email)

  • Or local delivery (we’ll contact you to schedule!)

How long until I can access my photos or documents.

Photos or Documents will be available within 7 days of receipt of delivery for access via the cloud, a link will be sent to your email address on file.

Do you have a guarantee or refund policy?

Piki LLC and Piki Pics can not be held liable for damage or loss of photographs or documents do to scanning malfunction and or shipping and handling loss or damage. As a result no refunds are provided. Please see our terms and conditions at the bottom of this page for more information.

Do you offer physical products with our photos on them?

These services will launch in late 2025.

Do I have other options for getting my photos aside from the cloud?

We can accommodate other media storage options with a $35.00 fee. Contact sales@pikipics.com.

Welcome to Piki Pics (Piki LLC) (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our photo scanning and digitization services, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with any order.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional photo scanning and digitization services for personal and commercial use. Our services include scanning, image enhancement, restoration (if applicable), and file delivery in digital format.

2. No Liability for Loss or Damage

While we take the utmost care in handling your photos, negatives, or other media, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration that may occur during transit, handling, scanning, or storage. By submitting materials to us, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

3. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with scanned images, quality expectations, or file compatibility issues.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is strictly limited to the amount paid for the services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Customer Responsibility

You confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce and digitize the materials you provide.

You are responsible for backing up your digital files upon delivery. We do not store copies beyond the agreed-upon service period.

If you provide original photos or media that are irreplaceable, you acknowledge the risks involved in handling and scanning and release us from any liability related to their condition.

6. Turnaround Times & Service Delays

Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, or shipping carrier issues.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piki LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, labor strikes, or acts of war.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Kansas]. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wichita, ks, and you waive your right to a jury trial or class action.

10. Amendments & Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
